    SPECIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

    Software knowledge includes: LightWave 3D 8.3, Photoshop 6.0, Elastic Reality 3.0, Media 100, Digital Fusion DFX+,
        and dpsReality Digital Disk Recorder.
    Nonlinear editing skills as well as operational knowledge of  Sony VX-2000 & Canon XL2 digital video cameras.


    WORK EXPERIENCE

    Calvin College Instructional Resource Center 1985 - 1986
    Videographer / video editor for on campus events - lectures, concerts and plays.
    '82 - '86 Co-chaired Film making / Video Guild, a student organized group that worked on short films,
    documentaries and animated projects.

    GRTV Public Access Television 1990 - 1993
    Worked as volunteer on live productions as director, technical director, lighting director, camera operator
    and floor manager. Also completed 3D computer animations for GRTV promotional spots and show openings.
    Taught LightWave 3D classes at Grand Rapids Community Media Center, approximately forty class sessions.

    Meijer, Inc. 1991 - 1995
    Worked as Video Image Coordinator, digitizing products and editing images for merchandising
    presentation layouts/planograms.

    Freelance 1993 - 1994
    Completed a variety of computer animated projects. Projects included accident reconstruction,
    company promotionals, flying logos, and fund-raisers.

    Legal Graphic Communicators 1995 - 2000
    Full time position producing computer animations which included accident reconstruction,
    patent infringement, medical procedures and mechanical demonstrations.

    Worked on video productions and computer animation projects that were used in church events, fund-raising
    events and weddings.
